Child Care Info Peel

Child Care Info Peel is a no fee phone service that will provide you with information that will help you choose a child care option that best suits your family's needs. We can also help you find the nearest Ontaro Early Years Centre.

We have information on; characteristics of quality child care, types of programs available for children 0 to 12 years, program costs and hours of operation, where to call for fee subsidy information and helpful maps of child care locations, contact names and phone numbers in your neighbourhood.

Raising the Bar

    Raising the Bar in Peel is a voluntary program for licensed child care programs that are committed to improving the quality of care and facilities in Peel Region.

    A program designed to help families ensure their children receive high-quality early learning and child care services. A sign that the child care program is committed to maintaining and exceeding provincial regulatory standards and the Region of Peel’s quality standards. An accreditation system that is measured over a three-year process and ongoing, using Bronze, Silver and Gold bars to indicate the level of quality.

    Information on a centre's participation in the Raising the Bar in Peel program will be listed beside the centre's name on CDRCP'S web site
