Our OEYC offers FREE early learning programs for parents and caregivers with children birth-6 years.
Our OEYCs staffed with Early Childhood Educators who provide:

  • FREE programs that promote parents/caregivers interactions with their children birth to 6 years of age
  • A fun place to play, explore, sing and read to support children's social, emotional and learning development
  • A place where we support child led play, honouring each child's unique interests and development
  • A place for families to connect with other families
  • Resources to loan on parenting and child development & community information and resources
  • Free monthly consultations for those concerned with their child's behaviour or speech and language development

Early Learning and Child Care

Through a free information line, CDRCP offers can help connect you to the information and resources you need to make an informed decision about your child\\\'s care and learning. Whether you are looking for the child care options that best suits your family\\\'s needs, or the nearest Ontario Early Years Centre or early learning program, CDRCP can help.

We have information on:

  • Characteristics of quality child care
  • Types of programs available for children 0 to 12 years
  • Program costs and hours of operation
  • Where to call for fee subsidy information
  • Helpful maps of child care locations, contact names and phone numbers in your neighbourhood
