Connecting The Dots....
(These slides are from a workshop given in 2006 and were updated in Spring 2009.) The first Early ID workshop was held in 2003 and was very successful. This workshop has developed from the communication that occurs in the Early ID Advisory group meetings. It was felt that a regular update about all the agencies that deal with early ID and how they can best communicate would be useful. Pat Dyment, the coordinator form Pep Start, Elizabeth Walker, PHN from HBHC, Kelly Woodward from CDRCP and Debbie Chang were the organizers for this workshop.
