What is "Setting the Stage for Successful Behaviour"?

Setting the Stage for Successful Behaviour is a positive, structured process which adults can use to support children with challenging behaviour. This approach is based upon the concept that all behaviour occurs for a reason or reasons. Once we identify these reasons, we can then use this information to develop strategies which will help the child learn more ways of behaving successfully.

Who Can Use Setting the Stage for Successful Behaviour?

Setting the Stage for Successful Behaviour has been created for professionals and parents who have or work with children will challenging behaviour. The written materials are "user friendly" with non technical language, many examples, and forms that can be used in any environment.
