- The Progress of Canada's Children & Youth:The Canadian Council on Social Development (CCSD) has been producing Progress since 1996. This magazine-style publication provides a wealth of information on different factors that influence the health and well-being of Canadian children and youth. This 7th edition reports on many indicators, including family life, economic security, physical safety, learning, and more. Because the report tracks this information over time, it helps identify trends, successes, and challenges.
- McGill Early Intervention Reaserch Project: The Early Intervention Research Project team is working on a three year study to improve and influence Canadian public policy that effects children with developmental disabilities (0-9) and their families, researchers, practitioners and all health professionals at both the federal and provincial levels of government.

- The Prenatal Education Classes: Survey of Mothers -2003 Report: This report summarizes results of a telephone survey that was conducted with a sample of mothers from the Healthy Babies/Healthy Children program who resided in Peel Region, delivered a baby between the months of May and October 2003 and spoke English.
- Hooray for Health with Arthur:This health curriculum guide is designed for teachers, after-school providers, and school nurses. - Canadian Parks and Recreation Association -The Canadian Parks and Recreation Association (CPRA) currently offers a CPRA Canadian Certified Playground Inspector Certification program to individuals who successfully complete the Theory and Practical training courses through the Canadian Playground Safety Institute (CPSI). This program will help individuals understand CAN/CSA Z614-03 “Children’s Playspaces and Equipment” and to learn how to conduct a hands-on inspection / audit of their playspace.

- Family Services of Peel - Family Services of Peel was established in 1971 as a non-profit, non-governmental Agency for the purpose of providing professional counselling and learning for living education services for the people of Peel.
- Georgetown Hospital Volunteer Association - Re-established in 2005, when GH was transferred to HHS, the Volunteer Association boasts over 150 volunteers. - Milton District Hospital Auxiliary Junior Volunteers - Teens, 14 years of age and older, can apply to become a junior volunteer. As a junior volunteer you have the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in the healthcare field. Young adult volunteers assist the nursing staff on a daily basis by assisting the nursing staff in many areas, serving customers in the hospital gift shop and visiting with patients.
- Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration - The Ontario government is providing $700,000 to 47 community organizations to host Community Volunteer Summits.The summits will enable communities to mark the International Year of Volunteers (IYV), engage in volunteer fairs, provide information on Ontario's volunteer programs and celebrate Ontario's Promise.

- Peel Children's Centre - Peel Children's Centre is one of the largest children's mental health providers in Canada and they work collectively with other children's service providers to create a network of systems and supports for children and youth throughout the community.

- Sunshine Dreams for Kids, Peel/Halton - Wherever you live in Canada, people are making Sunshine in a community near you. Volunteers are the very heart of their organization, coast to coast. Sunshine's volunteer 'Chapters' raise funds and present dreams to children in their area. Sunshine volunteers and independent groups all across Canada hold fundraising events to raise money and generate awareness of Sunshine.
- The Peel Literacy Guild - The Peel Literacy Guild Inc. (Charitable BN 10783 0689 RR0001) began providing free, one-on-one literacy tutoring to English-speaking, adult non-readers in 1981. Up until then, although Mississauga had numerous classes for English as a Second Language, there was no tutoring service for basic literacy.

- Victim Services of Peel - Victim Services relies on the volunteer support of people in the community like you to deliver our services. Volunteering for Victim Services is both a challenging and exciting experience. As a volunteer, you could be called to the scene of a family violence dispute, sexual assault, robbery, suicide, homicide or sudden death.
